Bindi was my very first show dog that we got from our friends Pam and Brandy of Diamond E Klee Kai. From Day 1 Bindi was a very hyper, active puppy who absolutely loves to work. She is probably one of the highest energy Klee Kai that I have met and I learned early on that I needed to keep her busy or she could easily become destructive. Best way to tire a dog out and keep them busy is with their minds! She learns very quickly and it usually only takes a few minutes to learn a new tricks and once she learns something, she does not forget it.
Bindi is a miniature in size with an outgoing and friendly personality. She loves meeting new people and is always happy to be petted unless she is working then she is focused on whatever sport we may be doing.
Due to her high energy and my complete novice handling we struggled a bit in Conformation in the beginning as I just wasn't sure how to get her to stay still and she had a bad habit of jumping up on judges to say hi. Thankfully with a lot of pointers from our fellow Klee Kai exhibitors we finally figured out what to do and since then she gets nothing but wonderful remarks from the judges on both her outgoing personality and well as movement and structure. Our real love however is dog sports. We actually started agility training when I had a broken ankle and was in a boot but nothing could stop us. Bindi loves all sports and we train and compete in Obedience, Rally, Weight pull, Agility, Nosework and Barnhunt. On addition to sports Bindi is always up for anything. She absolutely loves hiking and the outdoors and going on any kind of adventure. She has also come as a spokedog to our training club's public events and always loves getting to meet new people.
Bindi has been a dream dog for me and I cant wait to see what we can accomplish together as I know we will go far!
