Here at Quest Alaskan Klee Kai our goals are to raise healthy Alaskan Klee Kai that do well in the conformation ring, performance rings and in a home setting. Our current dogs have friendly outgoing temperaments that we hope will be passed down to their puppies. Puppies are raised with Puppy Culture and Avidog methods to ensure the best possible start in socialization. Our main goal is performance but will occasionally have puppies available.
We do extensive health testing through the OFA for Heart, Eyes, Patella, Thyroid, Hips and Elbows. If a dog does not pass their testing then they will not be bred as we do not want to pass along any genetic health issues that can be avoided. I also do not believe in breeding dogs with shy, timid temperments as we want to only pass along the best to the future generations.
